1. What kind of organisations do you work with?
We specialise in supporting charities, foundations, and non-profit organisations. Our clients include family foundations, faith-based organisations, and community charities, both in the UK and internationally.
2. Are you a law or accountancy firm?
No. SureTrust is a governance, risk, and compliance consultancy. While we work closely with legal and financial experts, our role is to strengthen your governance structures, reduce risks, and ensure your organisation is regulator-ready.
3. Do you only work with Muslim charities?
Not at all. We support organisations of all backgrounds. However, we also have expertise in faith-sensitive areas such as zakat, waqf, and sharia-compliant governance, which some clients find invaluable.
4. What makes SureTrust different from other consultants?
Our experience comes from leading and advising charities at board level for over two decades. We combine regulatory expertise with practical, real-world insight into how charities operate — helping trustees and executives make confident, informed decisions.
5. How do your service packages (Compass, Navigator, etc.) work?
We offer tiered packages to suit different needs. ‘Compass’ is a diagnostic review with a 90-day action plan. ‘Navigator’ is ongoing support, available in Core, Plus, and Advanced levels depending on how much depth your organisation requires.
6. Can you help us if we are already under Charity Commission scrutiny?
Yes. We can review your current situation, identify gaps, and help you put robust governance and compliance measures in place. Our focus is on helping trustees demonstrate accountability and stewardship to regulators and stakeholders.
7. Do you work outside the UK?
Yes. While our core expertise is in the UK regulatory environment, we also advise international charities, particularly those with UK connections or fundraising arms. We adapt our support to local contexts while keeping you compliant with UK requirements.
8. How do we get started?
It’s simple — book a call through our website or contact us directly. We’ll start with an initial consultation to understand your needs and recommend the right package or bespoke support.
